An Online Healing Circle

You are not alone. You never were.

From the outside you may be coping and living.
Beneath the surface you may feel tired of carrying, caring and putting yourself last.

You may feel different.
Alone.
Aware of an increasingly louder call from something deep within.
A purpose or passion yet to be born.

In the circle, you belong just as you are, in each moment.
No rules.
No judgement.
No expectations.

A confidential and compassionate space.
Where you can show up as you are.
Tears, laughter, dark days and sunny ones.

Members of the circle represent and feel like our energetic family, village and community that is missing for many of us.
We walk alongside each other, respecting one another’s journey, struggles and desires as part of a unique life path.

Listening to each other’s stories with total attention is an act of compassion that catalyses healing in both the teller and listener.

Shifts happen as we listen and share.
Members are often surprised how quick and profound these changes can be.

We commit to attend a series of sessions twice a month.
Continuity and regular presence help healing.
Structure and support soothe.

No one can heal for you.
But together, healing happens that is not accessible alone.

Words from Past Participants

“I belong — and that means so much more than words.”

“Each session is unique and touches just where it’s needed.”

“The energy renews my faith on so many levels.”

If you feel drawn to this circle, you’re welcome to get in touch.

* Please note: This circle is for women only. My experience is in holding women’s circles, and I feel men are best served by working with male facilitators, or with both male and female facilitators together.
