I understand that sometimes plans change. These terms are here so that arrangements are clear when you book a course, group, event or individual session with me.
Online Courses, Groups & Events
Booking is for the full course, group or event rather than individual sessions.
If you cancel your place 7 days or more before the course or group begins, your payment will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable unless your place can be filled.
Once the course or group has begun, payment is non-refundable if you decide to withdraw.
If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording will normally be available for a minimum of 28 days after the session date, technology permitting, so that you can continue with the course or access the session afterwards.
Missed live sessions are not refundable.
In-Person Events
Places at in-person events are limited and your booking reserves a place for you.
If you cancel 14 days or more before the event, your payment will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable unless your place can be filled.
If you know you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible so that I have the opportunity to offer the place to someone else.
One-to-One Sessions
If you need to change the date of an individual session, you are welcome to reschedule. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.
If you have paid in advance and decide to cancel rather than reschedule, payment will be refunded where at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are normally payable in full.
If something unexpected or an emergency makes 48 hours’ notice impossible, please contact me. I understand that occasionally circumstances arise that are outside our control.
Refunds Following a Cancellation
Where you cancel a booking and a refund is due under this policy, the refund may be less any non-refundable third-party payment processing charges actually incurred in relation to your booking.
If I Need to Cancel or Change a Date
Very occasionally I may need to change or cancel a session, course or event because of illness or circumstances outside my control.
Where possible, an alternative date will be offered.
If I cancel an event, course or session and an alternative cannot be provided, any payment for what I am unable to provide will be refunded in full.
