Voice carries more than words.
Voice and sound can be a way back into the body. A way of listening, feeling and reconnecting with your own natural rhythm and resonance.
Working with simple tones, breath and subtle awareness, sound can soften what has been held and reach places that do not always open through talking, thinking or explanation alone.
Gentle sound and breath invite the body to settle in its own time, allowing space for release, ease and deeper connection.
One to One Vocal Sound Healing
We begin with a short conversation to understand where you are and what feels most important. This is not talking therapy, but a way of listening and orienting to your current experience.
From there we move gently into sound, exploring simple tones, breath or humming. At times, this may also become something you return to at home.
Each session responds to what is present for you, with space throughout to pause, notice and allow integration before returning to your day.
Nothing is forced. We allow space for clarity and settling to emerge in their own time.
All one to one sessions are currently offered online.
When this may be supportive
You may feel drawn to this work if something feels held, blocked or difficult to reach through words alone.
This may include times of stress, fatigue, grief, change, or a sense of disconnection from your body or inner voice.
Tension in the jaw, throat, chest or diaphragm often begins to soften as sound is introduced in a gentle and responsive way.
Group Offerings
If you are drawn to shared experience, you may wish to explore group offerings.
Yoga of the Voice offers a gentle, body-led practice using breath and sound to reconnect with your natural voice.
Sound Relaxation offers restorative sound and stillness within a held group space.
These experiences can be deeply nourishing and grounding, though less individually tailored than one to one work.
Begin with a conversation
You may also wish to read about aftercare and integration following a session, to understand how the body continues to settle and respond in the hours and days afterwards.
If you feel drawn to explore this further, you are warmly invited to get in touch to arrange a brief conversation.
